SGPUMP Pumpkin Chorizo (8/12z)

Go on. Live a little. Try something different. This chorizo is made with real roasted heirloom pumpkin and plenty of chili. The recipe goes way back to the olden days of 2016 when we were growing our own pumpkins and chilis and we thought "Hmmm, would those be good in a sausage?" And the result? Muy rico! It's been a farm favorite ever since.
