Refund policy

If you have any issues with your order, please contact us right away at info@shortcreek.farm. Include your order number and a description of the problem in your email. We will respond by email within 48 hours.

Receiving Perishables
If you are receiving perishable items, it is your responsibility to refrigerate or freeze immediately. Please inspect your order - perishable goods should be fully or partially frozen upon receipt. Contact us immediately if all items are fully thawed. We are not able to offer refunds unless you contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Damages and issues
If you have issues with a particular product, please note the lot number and take pictures to document the issue. This will help us identify the cause of the issue and determine if a refund is warranted.

Returns/Exchanges
We cannot accept returns or make exchanges of perishable items.

Refunds
If we authorize a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@shortcreek.farm.
