Short Creek Delivery
We have our own delivery routes covering Southern Maine, Southern NH, and the MA North Shore. A $25 delivery charge will be applied to orders under $250.
Direct Shipping via UPS
Shelf-stable salami chubs ship nationwide year-round via UPS Ground. Easy.
Perishable products? Less easy. They require insulated packaging and ice packs, and availability varies by season:
- May–September: Shipping is limited to New England destinations reachable within one day by UPS Ground.
- October–April: Shipping is available throughout the Northeast to destinations reachable within two days by UPS Ground.
To protect product quality and keep shipping costs reasonable, we may open cases and repack loose items in insulated shipping boxes.
An estimated freight charge of $5 per case applies to all orders shipped via UPS. If the actual freight cost is materially higher, we will contact you with a quote before shipping your order.
For perishable goods, the minimum order is 4 cases. There is no minimum order for shelf-stable salami.
For example: You can order 2 cases of sausage, 2 cases of bacon, and 1 case of salami chubs. You can't order 1 case of sausage and 4 cases of salami chubs. Well technically the website will let you, but then we will email you and tell you that you can't. We're working on the website part, it is shockingly complicated.
