Build a better board

As you can tell, we like to keep things casual, but feel free to indulge your inner Type-A and tighten up the layout!

  • Salami

    Goes without saying, but you're gonna need some Short Creek salami. Peel the casing off and slice the salami as thin as you can with a good sharp knife.
  • Cheese

    Maybe not technically part of a charcuterie board, but you definitely want some cheese on there. Pick your favortites, we like to go with something hard and something soft for variety.
  • Fresh Veg

    We like to put some veg on there, something nice and crisp or crunchy for a contrast in textures. Radishes, cucumber, and carrot sticks are all great.
  • Pickles!

    Definitely want some pickles on your board, the acidity is a great balance for the rich and salty cured pork. We like a mixed veg pickle and/or those tiny cucumber pickles.
  • Carbs, Babay

    Crackers are classic, we like something with a good crunch. Some nice crusty bread or baguette is also a great addition.

    Something sweet? Olives? Spicy mustard? Pate? The sky's the limit, just try to maintain a good balance of complimentary flavors!
